We welcome all interested institutions geographically located in the Northeast region to participate in NECCDC 2020 and the NECCDL league. Team registration for NECCDC 2020 will open during the Fall 2019 semester. In order to compete in NECCDC, a team will need a staff or faculty member from its institution to represent the team, often referred to as a “coach.” A coach serves as the liaison between the team and competition officials and will need to complete the registration, and provide a method of payment for the annual League membership fee.
There can only be one competing team per academic institution. Team rosters can include up to 12 competitors, 8 of which compete during NECCDC events at any time. Each team member should be prepared to provide a resume. Please refer to the National CCDC rules for additional details on competitor eligibility, team composition and other restrictions: https://www.nationalccdc.org/index.php/competition/competitors/rules
If you have a team from an institution that has not competed in NECCDC in the past, but are interested in finding out more information about the competition, please reach out to: firstname.lastname@example.org to get more details. Teams that are from institutions competing for the first time at NECCDC are eligible for discounted membership fees the first year.
